You are required to use your Google account to sign in or to sign up. 
Title

Add your title eg Catalyst Blog Tutorial then hit on next button

URL

Add your unique URL eg. "cbt" However you can choose your unique one that has not been used by any other person and then click on next. 

Display Name

This will be the name that will be displayed to your readers so if you want your readers to know as 'admin' or can add your name then click on finish
